We  have a selection of six  Beachside & Jetty view Holiday Apartments-  just a under arm stones throw from the water –  Five  have full water views  one apartment only has partial water views

Three of these are brand new. And other three are semi new.

Each apartment is a unique design. From three bedroom to smaller studio style.  Description , Pictures and availability Calendar of each unique apartment are below

Plus we also  do at least one night auto blocks on either side of a guest booking to be extra safe and more time to clean, So you will not stay in an apartment the same day that  another guest has left.

Apartment 7 – (Sea Eagles Nest) Studio Apartment

Stunning upstairs Beachfront Studio Apartment with a fantastic elevated view overlooking the beach and jetty below your window.

Medium size at 55 square meters in size . So it is much more spacious than a standard hotel room.

One Queen  bed, and a Single Bed with a privacy divider separating them from the open Plan kitchen/living room/TV area.

Full size Kitchen with Gas Stove and Electric Oven. Leather Lounge .  5 Piece Table,

Bathroom- Laundry combined – with shower , a washing machine and a dryer.

Reverse Cycle Air conditioner,

A Standard TV with remote area Vast Satellite TV set up.

Our Wi Fi  is linked to Star Link.

This is our only upstairs apartment,

Upstairs Landing has an outdoor two seater bench , so sit back and enjoy the sunset over the jetty and bay

 

 

 

 


Apartment 6 – (Captains Apartment)

Spacious three bedroom apartment with large veranda .  Outside table setting plus an Aussie Made Heatlie BBQ
(125 square meter apartment plus 52 square meter veranda)
Sit next to the palm tree with a beverage and admire the view
Configured to sleep seven in comfort( no bunks)  but Still perfect for a couple who want to enjoy luxurious spacious living
Self contained , Washing Machine , Reverse Cycle Air conditioner in front area , Fan in back bedroom Large Modern Kitchen, 9 Piece Dining Setting, 2 by 3 seater Leather Sofa, Extra Freezer. Large Standard TV and Vast Satellite TV Channels. Starlink Wi Fi thus good internet  speed.   Dish Washer. , Clothes line under the veranda, Outdoor Setting under the veranda. Apartment 5 – Harbour Master Apartment   –

 

Absolute waterfront.  Windows overlook the Jetty and Bay . Just 4 meters from the beach.

You Could fish from your window at high tide. If the windows were removed. 72 square meter in size.

One private bedroom with one queen bed.  Extra Single bed in the large living room area . Air conditioner in front living/dining room  3 Seater Leather Lounge,  5 piece Dining Table. Washing machine/ Shower.This  apartment has a Galley style Hafele Principle Kitchen with Electric Oven and Gas Cooktop. Dishwasher Microwave. Fan in the private bedrrom.   Standard TV. Wi Fi – Starlink Wi Fi so good Speeds.

Nore – Apartment   5 does not have an outside table setting or an outside BBQ like our largest apartments numbers 1,2 and 6 have. Just the spacious front living- dining room with many glass windows and full Hafele Principal kitchen.

Not yet a reserved parking sign for apartment 5 but guest car can park near the retaining wall/red cones  under development. About 7 metres from the apartment on the waterfront  and  within view of the many apartments windows. Pictures below show this temppoaray parking spot  with a white sport-wagon parked. (in future  will be another 4 parking spots once a retaining wall is finished)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Apartment 4- First Mate Apartment – Brand new

Our smallest apartment but still much larger than a hotel room. With a Principal Hafele kitchen with gas oven and gas hot plate. Microwave and kitchen utensils  plus a dishwasher.

Plus Separate large bathroom with washing machine, and shower.

One queen bed . Walk in Robe,

Smart TV . Remote area Vast TV Channels set up . Plus  Star Link  Wi Fi thus good Speeds on Smart TV or your own devices.

Perfect for those who do not need as much room. Or ideal for sales reps on a work budget. Who want a apartment near the beachfront and the centre of town.

Limited water views. You can only see part of the Streaky Bay Jetty from your front door and windows.

Three  bedroom apartment.  2 Queen Beds and Two Single Beds

Guests Entry to Apartments and Parking 

Main Driveway/Walk Way is next to Drift Cafe at 34 Alfred Terrace

Booked Guests can Follow the signs and arrows down the driveway towards the beachside and apartments..

  • Keys are picked up from Becks Sip n Save Wine Cellar at nearby 30 -32 Alfred Tce or if arriving after hours we can make other key arrangements.
  • Each apartment has a brushed silver sign with apartment number and name.
  • Parking – Each apartment has a  sign saying Reserved Parking with your Apartment number.
  • Extra Vehicles will be able to park in the area saying Guest Parking once retainign wall is completed.
  • plus extra parking yard  is at another location not far away . As is space behind  Coastal  brows and beauty shop . Look for the drive way between coastal brows and beauty and Elliot’s Bakery on Alfred Tce
